Conclusion of agreements
The sales agreement is concluded by placing an order on the webshop. When you place an order with Trolls of the Realm, you agree to our terms and conditions of sale and delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming your order. The total amount of the order must be received by us within 7 days. We may cancel the order if payment is not received on time. We may then offer the products for sale again.
Praise
All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT. Prices on the website may contain errors. If it turns out that an incorrect price has been calculated after your order, you will receive a message from us and we can cancel the order. Prices of collectible cards can fluctuate greatly. An incorrect price, in any case, is a price that deviates significantly from the actual market price. For example in the event of a sudden, sharp increase in the price of the card due to buyouts.
Delivery and shipping
your order will be shipped within 3 working days after we have received your payment. Pick up of your order is not possible. You can opt for regular shipping or insured shipping by post.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete address details. If you have provided us with incorrect or incomplete address details, you will be responsible for all additional costs arising from this. We are not liable for any losses during shipping.
Damage
We guarantee that the orders will be shipped undamaged. We pack the orders in such a way that we prevent damage as much as possible and are not liable for damage to the cards during shipping.
You are obliged to check the products for damage or defects immediately upon receipt. Has a product been delivered damaged (not during shipping) or is something missing from your order? Please contact us within two days of receipt. Then we will discuss a solution with you as soon as possible. We may ask you for photos of the packaging and the damage to the product.
Returns and cooling-off period for consumers
Buying from Trolls of the Realm is considered a remote purchase by EU Law if and when the buyer is a consumer and located within the EU. You can return a product within 14 days of purchase.
The product must be complete and in its original packaging. Products that are damaged or whose packaging is damaged, incomplete or opened cannot be returned.
This means with:
- BoosterBoxes that the plastic film (Seal) applied by the manufacturer must also be undamaged and unopened. Otherwise, the BoosterBox will lose its value.
- Single Boosters that they must be undamaged and unopened. Otherwise, the booster will lose its value.
- Singles that they must be returned undamaged (in the same condition as sent).
If these products are returned damaged or opened, we may charge an amount for the depreciation (compensation). We will inform you about this.
Any costs and the risk of returning are for your account. The shipping costs you have paid to us will be refunded after return shipment together with the purchase costs. Unless the initial purchase consisted of several products and you only return a part.

Refund
You will receive the purchase price, including any shipping costs for the outward shipment, within 14 days (from the moment the return shipment is received by us) via the same payment method as used to pay for the order.
Automatic return
If we receive the shipment back because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to again send the order. We’ll charge shipping costs for this again. After payment of the costs, the order will be shipped.
